The Del Ray neighborhood in the City of Alexandria, VA is approximately 5 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. and just one mile northeast of the historical Old Town Alexandria neighborhood. Del Ray has a rich history of its own and has grown to boast an impressive array of award-winning restaurants, boutiques, coffee houses, salons and more. Take a stroll down Mt. Vernon Avenue and see where Main Street Still Exists!

Where to find our market!

The Del Ray Vintage & Flea Market can be found in the parking lot of Del Ray Psych & Wellness at 1900 Mt. Vernon Avenue and the back parking lot of the Salvation Army Corps building at 1804 Mt. Vernon Avenue, only steps away from each other. While our market is not officially affiliated with the Salvation Army or Del Ray Psych & Wellness organizations, we greatly appreciate their generosity in letting us grow our community of vendors, shoppers and neighbors!

Dates and Times

We operate on the SECOND SATURDAYS of each month from 9am-2pm all year long! In cases of severe weather, the market will be canceled for that month and not rescheduled.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, the market will be cancelled for safety reasons and when we can, we'll reschedule but it doesn't always work out. However, most of our vendors bring canopy tents and still sell their wares if the clouds bring a little drizzle so don't let light showers keep you away!

Important Reminders

Most of our vendors do accept credit and debit cards but some do not, so bring cash!
During the summer months, sunscreen is a must along with some water and a hat
Bringing your own reusable bags is always a great idea
Sorry, there are no public bathrooms or 'dressing rooms' available for customers
Parking can be found on Mt. Vernon Avenue or surrounding neighborhood streets
The Mt. Vernon Ave./Bellefonte Ave. bus stop is directly in front of the market; you can take the FREE DASH bus route 33 from Potomac Yard Center or King Street Metro Station; or at regular fares, two Metrobus routes, which connect to the Braddock Metro stop: 10A Alexandria-Pentagon Line or 10B Hunting Point-Ballston Line. All three routes have service on half-hourly intervals at the Bellefonte Ave. bus stop on Saturdays.
